The office manager, knowing full well there is nothing wrong with the old one, says, “That’s true, but we can save a REAL $79 by not buying it at all.”

Perhaps I would not say this if I had a huge advertising budget and was smart enough to mislead you into spending money unnecessarily but I can always get you a cheap chair a great chair or anything in between.
